Brief

The client was looking to break away from the visual mundanity of their pre-existing websites and embrace new digital.

Managing their own website as well as one for each of their medical practices, Hope Citadel needed a simple solution to streamline their internal processes. As well as informing their patients and providing downloadable documents, the client really wanted to step outside of the visual conformities for the healthcare industry.

Action

We began by defining a striking colour palette for each of the company's four medical practices.

  • Websites & Apps
  • Visual Design
  • Interaction Design
  • User Experience
  • Responsive Design
  • WordPress

These were then applied to a website design that implemented iconography and type to really emphasise information. The result was that the four practice sites were distinguishable by their colour, but united by their design.
Our final task was to re-develop the company's own website. Taking influence from their recently published annual report, we created a clean and professional look and feel that was underpinned with a custom CMS responsive build.

Outcome

All five websites were fantastically well received by patients and staff members alike.

By implementing WordPress Multisite, the administrators at Hope Citadel are able to manage all their digital content from one centralised location. By building the websites responsively, we've also opened the company to a whole new mobile audience.
