The migration we engineered opened up a lot of scope to expand functionality, gather more customer and sales insight and provide the perfect opportunity to implement a new look and feel. Revising the website’s design was a key consideration in our goal of increasing sales, instilling a greater level of customer engagement and trust that would ultimately lead to more conversions.
We therefore created a logo, colour palette, and type style that encompassed the Purple Oval sales experience. This led directly into the conceptualisation of the new website design that put a real focus on brands, promotions and shopping benefits. Space and clarity were at the forefront of our creative thinking, simplifying the buying journey to its clearest form.
On the technical side, the new e-commerce platform inherited Purple Oval’s existing product catalogue and customer accounts while enhancing functionality and performance.
