Risk had lost faith in their current supplier, and were experiencing major issues with their WordPress e-commerce setup.

We were therefore asked to provide a solution that not only solved the brand’s technical problems, but was also a more accurate visual representation of their style and status.

Influenced by Risk's branding and lifestyle photography, we created a look and feel for the website that reinvented their digital image.

The website didn't just need to look great however, it needed to solve the problems the team at Risk had been experiencing. A change to a dedicated e-commerce platform allowed the client to take control of adding new products, running promotions, managing orders and running sales reports. We continue to support the brand with digital marketing, continual website evolution and enhancement since the site's launch in 2013.

Outcome

The website averages over 15,000 sessions per month, which has led to the conversion of well over 8,000 orders.

Risk Couture continue to expand their loyal customer base and cement their position in the independent fashion market.
