We Are Empire
Let's make something beautiful

We worked with Bloom on the first iteration of their website in the early stages of their new business. Their client roster includes the likes of Toyota, Goodwood and Museum of London, for whom they integrate social both internally and externally.

Since its launch the company had taken a significant shift in positioning and status, effectively changing the message they were looking to deliver. In light of this we were asked to pitch again for the design and build of a new Bloom website, a re-development of their brand identity to be rolled out across all their external channels, staff photography, presentation template design, and ongoing infographics.

At the focus of our pitch was insight we’d gathered from the existing website - what was its purpose, what wasn’t working and how could it be resolved to maximise conversions?

Our core creative strategy was a continuous browsing experience - one that took the user from page to relevant page to relevant page and so on. Bloom were really receptive to our ideas, and allowed us to build on these with the development of a new responsive website. The site featured a subject-specific curated content area, in-depth profile pages for their staff and extensive case studies to showcase their impressive work.

Bloom’s new website not only improved their internal processes - allowing them to edit every conceivable content element - but also had drastic user success.

Website sessions increased by 300%, user engagement was up across the board and at long last their brand was consistently portrayed across all their digital platforms.

Empire not only worked on our site but helped us build consistency and quality across our digital and social ecosystem. Now all the assets are live we have a consistent and distinctive brand, tone of voice and look no matter where you come across our business.
